Byford Flour Mill Pty Ltd (t/a Millers Foods) is conducting a recall of the above products. The products have been available for sale at Independent stores including IGA, Spudshed and Farmer Jacks in WA.
Date Markings:
STRONG BAKERS FLOUR 1kg: All Best Before dates from 18/03/2025 up to and including 21/08/2025
ARTISAN SOURDOUGH FLOUR 2kg: All Best Before dates from 16/03/2025 up to and including 26/07/2025
BAKERS WHOLEMEAL FLOUR 1kg: All Best Before dates from 25/03/2025 up to and including 19/08/2025
ORGANIC PLAIN FLOUR 1kg: All Best Before dates from 22/03/2025 up to and including 08/07/2025
Problem:
The recall is due to The presence of an undeclared allergen (Soy).
Food safety hazard:
Any consumers who have a Soy allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed.
What to do:
Consumers who have a Soy allergy or intolerance should not consume this product. Consumers should return the product(s) to the place of purchase for a full refund. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice, and should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.
