A1109 - Glutaminase from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens as a Processing Aid (Enzyme)

The purpose of the Application is to permit glutaminase derived from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens as a processing aid in the production of certain seasoning ingredients or foods used for seasoning as an alternative to the use of monosodium glutamate.
