A1146 - Thermolysin (Protease) as a Processing Aid (Enzyme)

The purpose of this Application is to permit the use of thermolysin (protease) from Anoxybacillus caldiproteolyticus as a processing aid in protein, dairy, egg, meat and fish processing and flavour production.
